The SFDA Warns Against an Herbal Product Called (Gluco Life)

Within the program of Drug Sector which seeks pursuing and analyzing herbal products and depending on information about the existence of a product called (Gluco Life); made in Canada and available in local markets; claimed to be a treatment for Diabetes, the product has been subject to laboratory analysis.

Tests results showed the existence of very high and dangerous rates of Arsines and Lead exceeding the allowed rates. It is well known that these chemical elements are highly toxic and lead to liver and kidney damages and anemia, beside that the product is not registered in the SFDA which considered a breach of pharmaceutical establishments and products law.

It worth mention that the product is a transparent capsule containing dusty colored powder; the attached photo shows the external form of it.

The SFDA addressed the concerned authorities to make legal procedures needed to withdraw this product and ban any dispatch of it.
