TGA Briefed on SFDA's Experience in Developing Human Capital

<p>Transport General Authority delegation was briefed today on the experience of the Saudi Food and Drug Authority (SFDA) in the field of human capital development. This came within the framework of cooperation and exchange of experiences with government and private agencies.</p>

<p>During the visit, both sides discussed many topics, practices and programs applied in SFDA, including the employee preparation program, performance methodology, writing goals, initiatives and projects, manpower planning, transfer requests, job descriptions, in addition to the assignment system.</p>

<p>Developing Human Capital comes within operational excellence in the SFDA’s Fourth Strategic Plan, which aims to develop the capabilities of employees and motivate them through strategic initiatives that contribute to achieving the strategic and operational goals with high efficiency.</p>
