SFDA Chaired Asian Harmonization Group Technical & Scientific TFs Meetings

<p class="ms-rteElement-P" style="text-align:justify">SFDA Chaired Asian Harmonization Group Technical &amp; Scientific TFs Meetings recently held in Singapore.</p>
<div style="text-align:justify"><div><p class="ms-rteElement-P">During the meetings chaired by Engineer Ali Al Dalaanm, Executive Director of Radiology Health Department-SFDA and Head of Technical &amp; Scientific Task Forces they discussed the work on standardization of compliance verification requirements for medical devices and products, preparation of clinical studies documents, MDMA requirements in addition to sharing medical devices information and alerts.</p></div>
<div><p class="ms-rteElement-P">Engineer Al Dalaanm emphasized the importance of finalizing the documents pertaining to quality regulations, revision of medical devices &amp; products pre-marketing requirements and establishing the best harmonization mechanism between the member states to serve trade between these states and to ensure efficiency of medical devices in diagnosis and treatment. It was also agreed to hold workshops about medical devices and products regulations &amp; legislations developed by the organization last year, during the next annual meeting of the organization in November.</p>
<p class="ms-rteElement-P">The meetings also discussed WHO &amp; World Bank staff training program.</p></div>
