How to request for (Adding, Editing, or Delisting) establishments exporting food to KSA in the Saudi FDA website?

The establishment has to fill the self-audit form stamped by the competent authority then sending it to the SFDA through the diplomatic channels. So that the technical team can study them.

 You can request for (Adding, Editing or Delisting) food establishment by filling the forms based in products which mention in Process for Approving Foreign Competent Control Authorities and Establishments
 in the following link:
https://www.sfda.gov.sa/en/regulations/69500

And send it to SFDA through the diplomatic channels, and a copy to the International cooperation department ICD@sfda.gov.sa
