SFDA Medical Devices & Products Sector Shares its Experience with BBC International Conference

<p class="ms-rteElement-P" style="text-align:justify">SFDA, represented by Medical Devices &amp; Product Sector, shared its experience in the field of management of business processes with BBC International Conference, USA. SFDA was represented by Dr. Saleh Altayar by presenting Medical Devices Sector’s experience in implementing the standard practices for evaluation of maturity of processes management and work out the corrective steps to improve maturity level and processes performance level.</p>
<p class="ms-rteElement-P" style="text-align:justify">The presentation was opened with Drug Sector’s Journey, from initiation until full operation and the challenges faced and improvements at business processes level, making use of other countries experience in this field. The presentation included definition of process maturity steps, identification of gaps and weaknesses. The presentation reviewed the Corrective steps taken by the sector in cooperation with the Executive Department for Electronic Services represented by Business Processes Section by listing the processes and designing procedures structre for the sector and establishing KPIs to bridge the gaps and strengthen the weak points thus leading to improvement of maturity level and attainment of  processes evaluation objectives.</p>
