HRH Prince Metib bin Abdullah Receives H.E CEO of Saudi FDA

HRH Prince Metib bin Abdullah bin Abdul Aziz, State Minister, Member of the Council of Minister and Head of the National Guard received today, Saturday 16/7/1432H at his HRH’s office at the National Guard Headquarters H.E CEO of Saudi FDA, Dr. Mohammed bin Ahmed Al Kanhal<br />HRH was briefed by Dr. Al Kanhal about imported food control system at the points of entry after these points are upgraded and provided with qualified staff and advanced devices in order to capture harmful foods. HRH viewed a brief presentation about SFDA’s Key accomplishments and main statistics of its three sectors (Food, Drug, Medical Devices &amp; Products) , the major functions of Medical Devices &amp; Products Sector, number of released and rejected shipments for the year 2010, Medical Devices &amp; Products licensing system and their National Register <br />The meeting was attended by HH Abdul Mohsen bin Abdul Aziz Al Tuwijri, Assistant Deputy Head of the National Guard and a number of SFDA senior staff.</p>
