Health Minister & Members of Health Services Council Visit Saudi FDA

H.E Dr. Abdullah bin Abdul Aziz Al Rabiya’h, Health Minister, Chairman of Health Services Council visited SFDA on Sunday 24/1/1431AH. His Excellency the Minister and the members of Health Services Council viewed SFDA strategy and the planning and building methodology adopted by SFDA, for several years , related to Food, Drug and Medical Devices Sectors, their goals, objectives and the business approach implemented by SFDA; and its challenging plans aiming to be present at all points of entry throughout the Kingdom. All this was contained in a brief presentation delivered by Dr. Mohammed Al Kanha,l CEO of the SFDA<br />His Excellency Health Minister and members of t he Health Services Council then toured the various Sectors of SFDA and viewed the work flow in SFDA sectors and Drug Alerts Center<br />At the end of the visit, HE Health Minister praised the great efforts exerted by SFDA and its keenness to ensure safety of all imported drug, food and medical devices that would guarantee the safety of citizens. H.E also praised the transparency adopted by SFDA in warning and awareness of Food &amp; Drug hazards and Medical devices safety.</p>
