SFDA Organizes a Workshop on Licensing of Additives Organizations

<p class="ms-rteElement-P">SFDA organized a workshop entitled: ” Licensing and Registration of non- pharmaceutical Feed Additives Organizations and Products” at Jeddah Chamber of Commerce.<br /></p>
<p class="ms-rteElement-P">The workshop addressed four dimensions, where the first dimension explained the registration mechanism for non-pharmaceutical feed additives organizations such as factories, companies and warehouses in addition to registration requirements and conditions. The second dimension included presentation of registration mechanism of non-pharmaceutical feed additives.<br /></p>
<p class="ms-rteElement-P">The third dimension was dedicated for a presentation on electronic registration of organizations on the National Register of Feed and the fourth dimension for electronic registration of Feed products on the National Register of Feed.<br /></p>
<p class="ms-rteElement-P">To this extent, SFDA organizes a workshop entitled: ‘Pesticides, and methods of their Management’, next Tuesday, 24/2/1436H, presented by SFDA Pesticides Expert and Head of Agricultural Pesticides Registration Committee in Egypt, Dr. Mohammed Ibrahim Abdul Majeed.<br /></p>
<p class="ms-rteElement-P">SFDA sent invitations to government bodies, companies and establishments working in the field of pesticides to attend this workshop which includes four lectures about” Problems of expansion in Pesticides Use’ and “ Integrated management of agricultural weed’, “ Pesticides management regulations” and “ Control of Fake pesticides phenomena”.<br /></p>
<p class="ms-rteElement-P">SFDA Pesticides Executive Department has completed preparation of the first version of the National Register for Pesticides, including account opening and electronic registration of the companies and establishments working in the field of pesticides and pesticides products, and the pilot version will be launched by the end of the forthcoming month.<br /></p>
