SFDA CEO Meets with Cambodian Minister of Commerce to Discuss Trade and Cooperation
H.E. Dr. Hisham S. Aljadhey, Chief Executive Officer of the Saudi Food and Drug Authority (SFDA), today welcomed H.E. Cham Nimul, Cambodian Minister of Commerce, and her delegation to the SFDA headquarters in Riyadh. H.E. UK Sarun, Non-Resident Ambassador of Cambodia to Saudi Arabia, also attended the meeting.
Discussions focused on trade relations and opportunities for food and agricultural products between the two countries, including facilitating registration procedures while ensuring product safety and quality. Cooperation and support for Cambodia regarding halal matters were also addressed.
The two sides additionally discussed several other topics of mutual interest within the SFDA's purview.
