SFDA: Submissions for Research Day 2024 Still Open

The Saudi Food & Drug Authority (SFDA) announced that the abstract submission for Research Day 2024 is still open. The event will take place on Sunday, October 27, 2024, at the SFDA headquarters.

Abstracts should align with the SFDA Research Day 2024 theme and cover topics related to human drugs, veterinary drugs, herbal products, food, feed, pesticides, medical devices and supplies, cosmetics, and tobacco.

Researchers are encouraged to submit abstracts that evaluate the safety, efficacy, or quality of products, support the regulatory system in developing regulations or making decisions, and examine the effectiveness of regulatory procedures.

Regarding conditions of participation, the researchers must be affiliated with governmental, academic, or healthcare institutions, and their abstracts must be related to the targeted topics of the event. They must also adhere to the participation terms & conditions.

Through the Research Day, the SFDA aims to achieve its vision of being a leading international science-based regulator to protect and promote public health. This event is part of its strategic plan to support research, innovation, and the improvement of the regulatory system.
