· إذا كانت الشركة غير عربية تكتب العلامة التجارية باللغة الانجليزية.
· عدم كتابة اسم الصنف في حقل العلامة التجارية.
· في حال عدم وجود علامة تجارية يكتب اسم الشركة الصانعة.
· عدم دمج علامتين تجاريتين في حقل العلامة التجارية.
· إذا لم يكن هناك إلا علامة تجارية واحدة تكرر العلامة التجارية في حقل الماركة.
