الحقيقة
لا يوجد أي من الدراسات والأبحاث العلمية التي تثبت صحة هذا الادعاء، ولكن تشير الدراسات بارتباط ممارسات الشواء الخاطئة مثل تعريض اللحوم إلى درجات حرارة عالية إلى تفحم اللحم مما قد ينتج أضرار صحية.
