US FDA Emphasizes the Importance of Electronic Registration of Local & Foreign Food Organizations

<p class="ms-rteElement-P">Saudi Food &amp; Drug Authority (SFDA) received new guidelines from US FDA advising the importance of renewing the registration of local &amp; foreign food organizations in FDA by virtue of the new food safety law, The new law covers food manufacturing, processing and canning organizations for both human and animal foods. Initial registration or registration update does not require payment of any fee, and registration will be available during the period October 1- December 31, once every two years.</p>
