SFDA Takes Part in LEAP 2023

<p>The Saudi Food and Drug Authority (SFDA) participate with an introductory pavilion in LEAP 2023, which will be held in the capital, Riyadh, under the title "Into New Worlds", between 6 to 9 February 2023 at the Riyadh Front Center for Exhibitions and Conventions.</p>

<p>In its pavilion, SFDA reviews the electronic services provided, such as: the unified system (SDR), which allows the request for registration of human, herbal and veterinary preparations, and the faseh system, which enables the importer to submit a request for clearance for food, drug, medical devices, cosmetic products, and imported fodder. Faseh system also enables the concerned authorities to examine and issue products consignment conformity certificates. SFDA also reviews GHAD system, which allows establishments to register products and issue licenses and certificates), the RASD system, the Internet of Things (IOT), in addition to the Tameni application, the artificial intelligence (AI) clearance system, and Sarah's chatbot.</p>

<p>It is noteworthy that "LEAP" strengthens the Kingdom's position as a major center for technology and innovation and a meeting point for technical thought leaders, as "LEAP" stands out as an attractive factor for technology companies and investments, and an important player in digital transformation process locally and globally.</p>
