SFDA: SDR System Records Great Numbers Since Launching

<p>Saudi Food &amp; Drug Authority (SFDA) records more than 30,000 applications via Saudi Drug Registration (SDR) System since the launch of its new version in mid-2021. SDR registered more than 8,000 medicinal, herbal and veterinary products, and issued more than 8,000 certificates.</p>

<p>SFDA stated that SDR constantly works on improving the user experience services such as reducing time of registration for companies, expediting completion of online procedures, and activating the notifications upon the application status is changed. SDR provides many services including registration of new product, amending application of product registered in SDR, requesting cancellation of a product registration application, renewal of products registration application, submitting objection against rejected applications in SDR and uploading drug data and files via SDR.</p>
