SFDA Participates in Janadriyah 26 Festival

SFDA participates for the second time, consecutively, in the activities of the 26th. National Culture & Heritage Festival (Janadriyah) during the period 9-25/5/1432H under the Royal Auspice of The Custodian of The Two Holy Mosques King Abdullah bin Abdul Aziz.<br />
At his part, Mr. Mazin Al Ismail, Director of SFDA Public Relations Department explained that SFDA Exhibition Stand delivers visual presentations about the Three SFDA’s Sectors (Food, Drug and Medical Devices &Products) as well as a displaying samples of legally captured and recalled products e.g herbal, drug or food products, in addition to a special ward for children ( Jeel Al Ghad) that satisfies children’s needs and provides information to them via lovely cartoon characters raising children awareness about appropriate healthy and nutritional habits and practices. SFDA also distributed awareness bags and gifts to the visitors of its Stand.<br />
Through this participation, SFDA aims to introduce its key activities and roles to the society , in serving our country and its citizens, in addition to introducing regulations, rules and mechanisms adopted by SFDA to ensure safety of food and security & efficacy of drug and safety & efficiency of medical devices and products, in addition to distribution of awareness publications and flyers that contain important awareness information and advices in the field of food, drug and medical devices & products.</p>
