SFDA Establishes an Office for Implementation and follow-up of “Kingdom’s Vision 2030" Goals

<div style="text-align:justify"><p class="ms-rteElement-P">HE The Chief Executive Officer of SFDA, Dr. Mohammed bin Abdul Rahman Almishal, established an office named” implementation and follow-u of the  &quot; Kingdom’s Vision 2030 &quot; goals related to SFDA mandate and functions. The Office shall take the necessary action to communicate with the Economic Affairs and Development Council to achieve the “Kingdom’s vision.&quot;</p>

<p class="ms-rteElement-P">Dr. Almishal assigned the functions of this office to SFDA Executive Department of Programs as of the date of the Administrative Resolution quoted as follows:</p></div>
<p class="ms-rteElement-P" style="text-align:justify">

<p class="ms-rteElement-P" style="text-align:justify">Administrative Resolution</p>
<p class="ms-rteElement-P" style="text-align:justify">The Chief Executive Officer of SFDA, upon reviewing SFDA Regulation issued under the Royal Decree No. M / 6, dated 01/25/1428 AH, and upon reviewing SFDA Regulation Bylaws, issued by SFDA Board resolution No. (7-7 -1428) dated 07/25/1429 H, and after reviewing the Council of Ministers Resolution dated 07/18/1437 AH approving the ‘Kingdom’s Vision 2030’, issued by the Economic Affairs &amp; Development Council resolution No.(3-31 / 37 / q)  dated 07/12/1437 AH, and the Council’s Directive to the respective Ministries and Government entities to take the necessary action to implement this vision</p>

<p class="ms-rteElement-P" style="text-align:justify">And, pursuant to the authorities vested on him, decides the following:</p>
<p class="ms-rteElement-P" style="text-align:justify">
 </p>
<p class="ms-rteElement-P" style="text-align:justify">First: - Establish an office entrusted with the implementation and monitoring of the goals of the &quot;Kingdom’s Vision 2030” with regard to SFDA mandate and functions. The Office shall take the necessary action to communicate with the Economic Affairs &amp; Development Council to achieve the Kingdom’s Vision </p>

<div style="text-align:justify"><p class="ms-rteElement-P">Second: Assign the functions of this office to the Executive Department of Programs</p>
<p class="ms-rteElement-P"> </p>
<p class="ms-rteElement-P">Third: This decision shall be effective from the date of issuance.</p></div>
<p class="ms-rteElement-P" style="text-align:justify">
 </p>
<div style="text-align:justify"><p class="ms-rteElement-P">Fourth: This decision shall be communicated to all the concerned in order to enforce and act according to it.</p></div>
