<p class="ms-rteElement-P" style="text-align:justify">SFDA discussed the mechanism of adoption of drug two dimensional coding system, its benefits and activation date. This was discussed in the seminar entitled “Drug Safety &amp; Tracking and Adoption of Two-Dimensional Coding”, hosted by the Council of Chambers of Commerce in Riyadh office, today, in the presence of H.E. SFDA Vice President for Drug Sector. Dr. Ibrahim Al Jufali, the Vice President of the International Coding Organization, Mr. Yulric Chrisia, the Secretary General of the Council of Saudi Chambers of Commerce, Engineer Khaled Al Otaibi, SFDA  Drug Information Director, Mr. Abdullah Almishal and the Chief Executive Officer of the Coding Office in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, Mr. Mutlaq Al Otaibi. SFDA executives answered the queries of the audience  who exceeded 500 people. On the margin of the seminar SFDA established an exhibition wherein international companies exhibited their services in printing the content of the two dimensional coding for drug and drug Barcode, validity date, lot and serial number under supervision of Saudi Coding Center (GSI)</p>
