SFDA Achieves the 2nd. Place of the Top Business Environments 2013

<p class="ms-rteElement-P">​SFDA achieved the second place of the Top Saudi Business Environments for Government Organizations for the year 2013 as  Al Eqtisadiyah Referee Board named five winner- government organizations, after a strong competition between 100 organizations, among which SFDA was declared Second.</p>
<p>H.E. Chief Executive Officer of SFDA, Dr. Mohammed bin Abdul Rahman Almish’al elaborated that since SFDA was established, it worked on attracting outstanding technical and administrative competencies through providing competent job privileges that realize job satisfaction and job stability . This has contributed largely in establishing an attractive business environment that supports best performance levels, in addition to SFDA excellence in designing and execution of training and scholarship programs worldwide. Also, SFDA’s effective participation in internal and external events at the technical and administrative levels contributed to adoption of the best practices and applications, including electronic HR practices and applications.</p>
<p class="ms-rteElement-P">Dr. Mazin Faris Rasheed, Head of Referee Board, explained that the Board reviewed all files of competing organizations, and reviewed the results reached by the evaluation team regarding the job satisfaction and HR practices &amp; applications aspects before reaching the final listing.</p>
<p>He pointed out that the Board has rejected some competing organizations which did not comply with evaluation requirements and the identified methodology. The Board has approved some revisions to the methodology followed in the evaluation of some participating entities., this year.</p>
<p class="ms-rteElement-P">It worth mentioning that the list included four categories: Government Organizations, Large Organizations, M&amp;SE and Non-Profit Organizations.</p>
