Saudi Food & Drug Authority Emphasizes the Importance of Registration of Drug Companies in DENR System

Saudi FDA has requested all local and foreign drug factories, companies, scientific offices and their agents and drug stores registered or licensed in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia in the field of human or veterinary products, herbal and health products to register ASAP in the drug establishments national register (DENR) through the link :(<a href="http://denr.sfda.gov.sa/">http://denr.sfda.gov.sa</a&gt;)</p>
<p align="justify">SFDA referred in its statement that starting from 1.7.1431 AH, it will be forced not to accept any transaction unless all parties involved therein are registered in the drug establishments national register (DENR). This comes in enforcement of its circular no. 1156 dated 8.3.1431 AH, regarding information update of existing drug companies, agents and drug stores through registering in the DENR system, to allow building a database for all pharmaceutical organizations including local and foreign drug factories, scientific offices and their agents, drug stores and companies which are registered or licensed in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia .</p>
<p align="justify">Furthermore, the statement added that this system will enhance and increase the efficiency of communication between SFDA and the respective drug companies, agents and drug stores as well as it will allow completion of their transactions electronically and provide them with access to the other Drug Sector’s systems.</p>
