Medical IVD's devices,Medical IVD and non-Medical IVD’s. Chilled and frozen foods. Any shipment requires a specific temperature for transportation and/or storage, according to the manufacturer's instructions, shall contain data logger (digital temperature indicator) activated from the time of shipping. 

The establishment has to fill the self-audit form stamped by the competent authority then sending it to the SFDA through the diplomatic channels. Inspection of establishments (onsite or remote Inspection) can be done accordingly if the competent authority in the country sends a request through the diplomatic channels to the Saudi FDA specifying the establishment's details.

SFDA have the health certificates for food products stating all requirements to export food to KSA, in the following link: https://www.sfda.gov.sa/en/regulations?tags=1 In addition, the interested competent authorities shall sign the health certificate and send it to the SFDA. To be eligible to export to KSA, the aim of controlling the entire food chain from the country of origin to Saudi Arabia in coordination with the competent authorities in the exporting countries based on the approved mechanisms where the factories are approved and published on the SFDA’s website.
