- Moderate to severe hypertension as an adjunct to other antihypertensive agents. Moderate to severe chronic congestive heart failure along with long acting nitrates in patients whose optimal doses of diuretics and cardiac glycosides have proved insufficient and ACE inhibitors are unsuitable. |
