SFDA Wins 4th. Place in the Best Business Environment Competition

SFDA won the 4th. Place in the Best Saudi Business Environment Competition for Government Organizations for the year 2011. Al Eqtisadiyah Referee Committee announced the names of six government organizations winners after a fierce competition included 52 organizations, wherein SFDA won the 4th. Place shared by the General Organization for Water Desalination .<br />
This is declared by H.E. Chief Executive Officer of SFDA. Dr. Mohammed bin Ahmed Al Kanhal who explained that SFDA strived, since its foundation, to attract outstanding technical and administrative competencies through offering competitive job benefits and remunerations that achieve job satisfaction and stability for its employees, that contributed largely to the creation of an attractive and supportive business environment leading to achievement of best performance levels. In addition, SFDA has designed and implemented training and international scholarship programs to the various countries of the world, alongside with SFDA’s effective participation in the local and international events at the technical and administrative levels, leading to adoption of best business practices and applications, including HR practices and electronic applications.<br />
At his part, Dr. Mazin Faris Rasheed, Head of Referee Committee and HR Professor in KSU, said that the referee committee has completed assessment and final filtering of competitors list based on similar international criteria and standards that include key and sub- dimensions for assessment of competitors such as employee satisfaction and HR practices in each organization<br />
It worth mentioning that competitor list included three categories: Large Organizations, Medium Organizations and Government Entities.</p>
